Consent to the processing of personal data AGREEMENT ON THE USE OF PERSONAL DATA
This agreement on the use of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") applies to NE Pigments company (hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider") and NE Pigments customers (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer"), as well as registered users of the nepigments.com website (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer").
By ordering services from the Service Provider and/or registering on the nepigments.com website. You confirm that you have read the Agreement and agree with its clauses, and express your consent to provide the Service Provider and/or authorized representatives of the Service Provider with personal data about yourself. If you do not agree with one or more clauses of the Agreement, or do not consent to provide personal data about yourself to the Service Provider and/or authorized representatives of the Service Provider, please do not use the services of the Service Provider and/or register on the website.
1. Personal data collected, stored, and processed by the Service Provider
1.1. To provide full service to the Customer, the Service Provider collects, stores, and processes the Customer's personal data.
1.2. The personal data collected, stored, and processed by the Service Provider includes:
1.2.1. Given name, surname; country, region, and city of residence; home address; mailing address; email address; telephone number (including mobile); fax number; pager number; company name; Taxpayer Identification Number (INN); Tax Registration Reason Code (KPP);
1.2.2. Data that is automatically sent to the network from the Customer's device: IP address, information from cookies, information about the browser or other program that the Customer uses to access the network and the specific website, the date and time of access, the address of a requested page.
1.2.3. Customer's e-wallet number.
1.2.4. Other information about the Customer that the Service Provider can reasonably classify as personal data.
2. Purpose for which the Service Provider uses the Customer's personal data
2.1. Under this Agreement, the Customer's personal data may be used for the following purposes:
a. To provide the Customer with information about the equipment and services used by the Customer, as well as to provide information about goods and services that, in the Service Provider's opinion, may be of interest to the Customer;
b. To conduct surveys and marketing, statistical, and other research;
c. To deliver ordered/approved goods and provide other services to the Customer;
d. To inform the Customer about new services or products of the Service Provider and/or partners of the Service Provider. The Customer can be informed through various means of communication, including but not limited to: mailings, email, telephone (including mobile phone), facsimile communication, the Internet;
e. To protect the interests of the Service Provider;
f. For other legitimate purposes aimed at improving the quality of the Service Provider's provided services and products.
3. Provision of the Customer's personal data to third parties
3.1. Except as otherwise provided by law and this Agreement, the Service Provider undertakes not to sell, provide for use, exchange, or otherwise transfer to third parties the Customer's personal data without the Customer's express consent.
3.2. The Service Provider has the right to provide third parties with the Customer's personal data if:
3.2.1 The Customer has given his or her express consent to transfer his or her personal data to third parties.
3.2.2. The transfer of the Customer's personal data is necessary to provide services to the Customer and/or to process the Customer's personal data.
If the Service Provider transfers the Customer's personal data to third parties, the Service Provider requires the third parties to maintain the confidentiality of the Customer's personal data.
3.2.3. The transfer, use, or disclosure of such information is necessary to:
a. comply with any applicable laws and regulations;
b. solve and/or eliminate technical problems that have arisen;
c. protect the interests of the Service Provider.
3.3. If the Service Provider sells or otherwise transfers its assets in full or in part, all obligations to maintain the confidentiality of the Customer's personal data provided for in this Agreement will be transferred to the recipient of the assets.
4. Protection of the Customer's personal data
4.1. The Service Provider takes all necessary measures to protect the Customer's personal data. However, the Customer is solely responsible for ensuring the security of the devices through which the Customer accesses the Internet, as well as the information stored on these devices.
4.2. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that he or she is personally responsible:
4.2.1. For ensuring the security of the device (personal computer, mobile device, etc.) through which the Customer accesses the Internet;
4.2.2. For storing information: passwords, account information, etc.
5. The Customer's consent to voluntarily provide personal data to the Service Provider
5.1. By ordering the services of the Service Provider and/or registering on the nepigments.com website, the Customer expresses consent to provide the Service Provider and authorized representatives of the Service Provider with his or her personal data for the storage, subsequent processing, and use of this data.
5.2. The Customer undertakes to keep his or her personal data up to date.
5.3. The Customer may at any time terminate this Agreement. The Customer is obliged to notify the Service Provider of the termination 14 days in advance.
5.3.1. The Customer may send the Service Provider a notice of termination of the Agreement by registered mail with a description of the enclosure or deliver the notice in person with signed confirmation of receipt to an authorized representative of the Service Provider.
